Former Zenith Labour Party presidential candidate Dan Nwanyanwu has declared that people who continue to think Bola Tinibu lied about attending Chicago State University (CSU) ought to hold off on suing him until his immunity ends.
Nwanyanwu made this claim in an interview with AIT following the Supreme Court’s denial of Atiku Abubakar and the PDP’s request to present new evidence regarding the Chicago State University diploma that Tinubu had submitted to INEC, as well as its confirmation of Tinubu’s election as president.
In Nwanyanwu’s words: “Some of us who are on the sidelines we knew it would arrive at this point but you see when a matter is in court, you limit your discussions. Some media houses picked some of our comments on this as it relates to whether that evidence from Chicago State University will amount to something and it has come to not. If you think that Tinubu did not go to Chicago State University, wait let his immunity expire, then take him to court after 4 years or 8 years”.
