I’m Very Disappointed In The Totality Of The Statements That I’ve Read So Far

Chief Bode George, a prominent member of the PDP, expressed his dissatisfaction with the Supreme Court’s ruling, stating that it upholds President Tinubu’s victory in the presidential election. This comes after reading the ruling so far.

Chief Bode George said in an interview with Arise TV that Tinubu’s next task is to implement sound governance after being proclaimed president.

According to him, “I’m very disappointed in the totality of the statements that I’ve read so far, but you know, in everything, we must give thanks to God Almighty. Now that they have declared Tinubu the winner of that election, where do we go from there? Because one, you have to cross the rubicon to win the election, then the second most important to all Nigerians is governance. The state of the economy in this country today speaks volumes. It is terrible, and we must now start to govern to alleviate the sufferings of the people and the way they’re throwing all kinds of billions of money in every direction.”
