Muhammad Danasabe, the chairman of Kogi State’s Lokoja Local Government Area, has passed away.
After a brief illness, Danasabe passed away in the early hours of Friday at a hospital in Lokoja.
His passing occurred within twenty-four hours following the state’s governorship election.
According to a family source, the deceased will be buried at the Unguwan Kura Muslim Cemetery after Juma’at prayer.
He’s survived by his mother, wife and children.
