Donald Trump is made by the American Law Enforcement up to the Supreme Court to believe he is above the Law.
That was why he chose to flood the Supreme Court with 3 of his nominees with some help from Mitch McConnell when the opportunity came his way.
He had done it by rushing their appointment and ignoring the normal protocol for never filing a vacancy in the Supreme Court close to a general election.
He had used the Republican Majority in the US Senate to rush through those appointments on the presumption that the Republican Judges are all going to do his biddings and take their orders from him.
That exactly is what we now see play out in all of his criminal cases he has pending in the lower Courts and in the Apex Court as we speak.
That explains why he takes all of his cases to the Supreme Court for adjudication. He believes the Court will help him by using delaying tactics where their hands are tied by the Law or the Constitution.
The Judges he had appointed would just delay hearing the cases or just allow the Statue of Limitations to get off the hook or let him get away scot free by ignoring the universally-accepted Prism in Law that Justice delayed is Justice denied and that nobody is above the Law in America, not even the President of the United States. He is using Delay as a strategy and the Supreme Court is condoning his criminal behavior.
Donald Trump had committed a more egregious crime in the payment of the hush money to the Pornstar but guess who was found guilty and sent to jail. It was Michael Cohen.
Donald Trump tells lies upon lies even under oath in their Courts but most of the Judges would put other defendants in jail or put a gag order upon them for so doing but very rarely do they ever do that to Donald Trump for some strange reason.
It is as if they are all scared of him because he insults and intimidates them, as if he has a jinx on them.
Merrick Garland the Attorney General wasted precious time trying to prosecute him once he was out of office.
Donald Trump openly lambasts all of his accusers by blackmailing them and calling them names. He insults and denigrates all of his opponents including the President of the United States who had defeated and taken him out of office in 2020
Most of the Judges listen to him as he curses them out and insults all the prosecutors.
He is only happy and patriotic only when he wins. He is unhappy and infuriated, if he doesn’t win. An election is only free and fair if he wins handily. It is rigged if he wins narrowly and he blames his opponents
How can such a character be elected the President of the most powerful country on Earth?
He believes he can only win by cheating and lying about it. He sponsors his followers to embark on violence to get what he wants and he does it openly as if nobody can touch him.
I often wonder if most of the Judges involved in his endless and multiple scandals and crimes don’t watch the News of Donald Trump telling lies upon lies all over the place and behaving more often than not as if he is going to get a leniency from most of the Courts that other less-privileged Americans would never get for similar crimes, if they get caught.
Why reduce the Bond amount his lawyers said he could not afford to pay on his own or get any other Insurance Companies in America to issue or underwrite, in large part because Donald Trump’s credit history and reputation to pay his debt carry too much risk for most Companies to absorb because they all know Donald Trump is a big for nothing outlaw and debtor who is going to find some ways to default or avoid paying his debt or paying people who work for him like his many lawyers who work for him as nightmare because he thinks he is smarter than all of them and he wants to teach them their job.
If those companies guarantee his loan or Bond, there is a chance they may not be able to recover their money because Trump has the notoriety with the Banking and Insurance Industries all over the world.
He is right now single-handedly blocking the funding for Ukraine and making sure that the Republican-controlled Majority in Congress make it impossible to pass the Budget for America because he doesn’t want Joe Biden and the Democrats take credit or to look good at all. All he cares about is himself and nobody else
But the same Trump whose lawyers have described as lacking in funds to pay the 464 million Dollar Bond was seen in a video claiming under oath that he is filthy-rich and could afford to pay half a Billion from his own pocket with effortless ease. But it was a big lie.
So why for goodness sake would the Appellate Court in New York justify any compelling reason to reduce his Bond from 464 million to 175 billion without letting him drop a sweat and without the Court explaining their reasons for playing a Russian Roulette with Trump at the expense of the New York tax payers he has defrauded and cheated for many years.
The Attorney General Letitia James is the first to hold him accountable for all of his crimes and tax fraud against
New York. The outlaw is doing everything to stigmatize Letitia James just like he has tried to blackmail Fanni Willis in Georgia, Alvin Bragg in New York and Jack Smith the special prosecutor and Merrick Garland the Attorney General.
It makes no sense to treat Donald Trump with such kid gloves when he is openly telling the world he is going to be a dictator from day one and he is going to pardon all of the insurrectionists who had been tried and found guilty of staging a Coup d‘Etat in America on January 6, 2021 and while claiming absolute immunity from prosecution because, left to him alone, he was above the Law.
He is scared to death that a conviction before the election is not going to augur well for him in the election and will predictably drive a nail into his coffin, all things considered.
He knows he is going to lose the popular vote by several millions this time around. He is putting all his hope on the Electoral College and relying on violence and intimidation and blackmail to claim victory just like he had done on January 6, 2021 but he would not succeed.
