Former Minister of Education, later Solid Minerals, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili has reacted to the arrest of a former minister of Aviation in the former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, Hadi Sirika over what maybe termed mismanagement of funds in the aviation ministry for the setting up of a fake national carrier.
According to Dr. Ezekwesili in her twit, said she had in the past warned of wrong policy directions in Nigeria as she believes in evidence and informed policy making and that is she were the president.
if my aviation minister brings me a memo requesting to set up “National Airline” with federal governments funds to the turn of 300million dollars, I will send him home, asking him to handover to the permanent secretary of the minister.
