Ibhadin, alongside the entire LP structure in the area, joined the APC at a ceremony in Udumoza-Uromi.

According to Alhaji Usman Ehibor, the Ward Leader of the LP, the defectors were motivated by the leadership qualities of APC gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo.

Ibhadin, in his address, stated that he chose the APC due to its principles of justice, peace, and unity. He highlighted Okpebholo’s contributions to Esanland before entering politics as evidence of his potential.

To support the APC campaign, Ibhadin donated three SUVs and two Toyota Siennas.

Welcoming the defectors, Okpebholo assured them of a home in the APC. He pledged to work for the party’s victory and prioritize the interests of the people.
