Noni Madueke’s outstanding performance during England’s U-21 victory against Serbia U-21 has made it clear why he must depart Chelsea in January.
Madueke can leave Chelsea on loan in January; a permanent departure is not necessary. The winger played a crucial role in the victory by frightening Serbia’s defense. James McAtee gave England a strong start to the match with two goals in the first half. England won 3-0 thanks to a goal in the second half from Harvey Elliot, a young player from Liverpool.
However, Madueke’s performance shows that he has amazing potential which should not be wasted as the player needs to start playing regularly at the club level. He’s out of Favour with Pochettino at Chelsea this season as the manager prefers playing Cole Palmer on the right wing.
Madueke completed six dribbles out of nine attempts, 4 key passes, an assist, and a tackle against Serbia. This shows that he needs to leave Chelsea in January probably on loan to have more game time.
