Mbappe scores a hat-trick, and France’s top three players

France’s 14-0 victory over Gibraltar at Nice, France, made history by scoring the most goals in a single Euro qualifying match.

They also created history when they defeated the 10-goal national team record for the most goals scored in a single game.

Les Blues controlled the match from the beginning to the end as Gibraltar was unable to get any shots on goal in Nice, making it a one-sided contest.

France led in the 3rd minute of the game through an own goal by Santos, and from there, Didier Deschamps men ran riot against a very unimpressive Gibraltar team.

Gibraltar were reduced to 10 men when Santos fouled Warren Zaire-Emery in the first half, as he received his matching orders.

Kylian Mbappe scores a hat-trick in the game, while Kingsley Coman and Olivier Giroud both scored a brace each in the game to cap a historic night for France.

1. Kylian Mbappe

The French captain scored a hat-trick in the game as he was brilliant against Gibraltar. His third goal was a beauty, beating the goalkeeper from long range.

He was quick and caused the defense much problems as he created chances for Les Blues and made 3 assists in the game.

2. Olivier Giroud

Although subbed into the game in the second half, the AC Milan striker still wrote his name in the tie as he scored a brace.

He could have scored a hat-trick in the game, but one was ruled out for offside. His second goal was superb as he scored an over head kick to seal off the win.

3. Kingsley Coman

The Bayern Munich star was one of the best in the game as he scored twice and created a lot of chances.

He was a menace against the Gibraltar defense and was very difficult to tame in the game.
