Nigerians Should Thank God Kuti’s Body Was Not Thrown Inside Water Says Kogi Commissioner Of Police

The Kogi State Commissioner of Police, Akeem Yusuf, has reacted after the popular singer, Seun Kuti had allegedly slapped a police officer recently, says Nigerians should thank God that his body did not end up in the water of the Third Mainland Bridge.

The Kogi state Commissioner of police made this comment known while reacting to a post on Facebook with the username, Kimo Akeem.

If you recall vividly, Seun Kuti was allegedly arrested and detained in a police custody after he was seen in a viral video making rounds on the internet slapping a police officer in uniform.

However, while reacting to this, the commissioner of police said Nigerians should give thanks to God that the body of the afrobeat was not being searched for in the lagoon.

According to Yusuf Akeem, he said, “Come and slap police also. Thank God, his body was not being looked for in the third mainland bridge waters.”
