According to Johnson Alabi, the spokesman for the Ondo State Libration Movement, the governor of Ondo State, Akeredolu, received an ultimatum from his organisation a few days ago to appear in the state.
This revelation was revealed by Johnson Alabi during an Arise Television interview. Johnson Alabi stated in the interview, “I want to start by saying that nobody knows Akeredolu’s whereabouts. His son, who serves in the Ondo State cabinet as well, and his wife most likely know where he is.”
“But, just about few days ago, my group also issued ultimatum to Mr. Governor to show up. You see, the Akeredolu that we know in Ondo State does not play games anyhow and you cannot hide him in a normal situation. He will speak from wherever you hide him. You are aware that when the issue of naira denomination and reprinting happened the other time, he came out and attempted to go to court against the president despite being close to that government. That is Akeredolu for you.”
“For Akeredolu to be somewhere now and he is not talking, he is not speaking to anybody, then you should be aware that something has gone wrong.”
