Kenneth Okonkwo, a lawyer and one of the OBIDATTI Presidential Campaign Council’s spokespersons, claimed that the elected officials of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), the Labour Party (LP), and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had all devolved into an international disgrace.

Kenneth Okonkwo made the comment while discussing how the opposition parties have become extremely weak in comparison to the All Progressive Congress, or APC, which is currently in power.
He said one can comfortably say that the opposition parties are accomplices to the perfidy that has become the elected political officers of APC.
SUNDAY SUN quoted him as saying, “The People’s Democratic Party elected political officers and the Labour Party elected political officers, including the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) elected political officers have become an international embarrassment. One can comfortably say that they are accomplices to the perfidy that has become the All Progressives Congress elected political officers”.
