A singer identified as Denny B has called out controversial artiste, Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable over alleged song theft.
He accused the Zazuu star of stealing his song titled Egbe (Sure Aza) and fine tuning it to sound differently on his recently released track, Aza Man.
According to him, the Ogun-born musician is aware that he has a song titled Sure Aza which is trending.
Denny who met Portable weeks ago claimed that the street-hop crooner backstabbed him because he went and lifted the song without his permission which is a far cry from their arrangement.
He said the initial plan after they met was for him to ask Portable to hop on the remix of Sure Aza, only for him to go and record his own version of the same track with new lyric and tweaked tunes.
The singer, whose song was played on Big Brother Naija Level Up season lamented over how the ‘Clear’ crooner has numerous hits, yet he stole the only big song he released.
Scooper News had earlier reported that Portable recently addressed people who compare Afrobeats star, Wizkid to rave of the moment, Asake.
He demanded that people doing such should desist because they are not in the same category when it comes to impact and relevance.
Portable said that Wizkid is in the same group with music superstars, Olamide, Burna Boy and Davido.
