President Tinubu is carrying the people’s mandate

The immediate past governor of Kogi State, Yahaha Bello, has said that President Bola Tinubu is carrying the Nigerian people’s mandate.

Bello urged Nigerians to remain calm

And patient as the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the president are all out to make Nigeria stronger.

Speaking during the APC unity rally in the Federal Capital Territory on Thursday, the former governor noted that in 2017, there would be no vacancies for politicians in Aso Rock.

“I want to assure you, come 2027, there is no vacancy in Aso Rock. Nigeria will be strong under President Tinubu.

This mandate that Mr President is carrying is the mandate of the people. Let no one get confused,” Bello stated.

He further dismissed rumours of existing squabble between the former president Muhammadu Buhari and President Tinubu.

Urging defectors who have left the APC for other political parties to return, Bello said the ruling party would make a dramatic comeback.

“You can’t build a house and run away from it. So, those who left the party should come back. If you are in APC and making demands, you are talking.

“But if you are out of APC and talking, you are simply making noise,” he added.
