On Friday, Peter Gregory Obi, a candidate for president of the Labor Party, visited the Court and signed the condolence register for the late Justice Ayobode Olujimi Lokulo-Sodipe.
Following the announcement of the justice’s passing, a register was set up in the courthouse so that mourners might leave their condolences.
When Peter Obi arrived at the courthouse to sign the register, he noticed that the lines had not yet been ruled, so he made a lighthearted remark about it.
Peter Obi reportedly told the photographers, ” You people have not ruled a line to start a new day.” In any case, allow me to be the dictator.
Peter Obi, who was there at the time, made the declaration and played around with the police officers.
