Sancho, a standout for Manchester United, has been linked to Chelsea.
According to a recent post on Football London, with the transfer window deadline rapidly approaching, Chelsea are allegedly linked with a “shock” deal for Jadon Sancho, a Manchester United reject. The England international has fallen out of favor at United, as boss Erik ten Hag has opted to start other players so far this season. It’s unclear, though, if they would want to sell him at such a late date.
Hazard plans to stop playing football.
Eden Hazard, a former Real Madrid player who is currently a free agent, is reportedly considering retiring after turning down offers from the MLS and Ligue 1, according to GOAL. After the 2022–23 season, the 32-year-old Belgian forward’s disappointing four-year stay at Santiago Bernabeu came to an end as he was released from his contract’s final year. Since then, Hazard has gone unsigned despite receiving a lot of interest.
Teams from Saudi Arabia and the United States, who were interested in Hazard before he became a free agent, are said to have inquired about his availability. Three French teams, Nice, Marseille, and Lille, are also interested, while top Turkish clubs have made approaches.
All of that excitement has been dashed by Hazard, who, according to FootMercato, may decide to hang up his boots permanently. The Belgian has no wish to make a hasty choice on his future while he is spending time with his family.
This summer, Manchester United has Rico Henry on its list of players to pursue.
As they continue to narrow down their choices, Manchester United is reportedly considering a potential transfer for Brentford full-back Rico Henry. After Luke Shaw’s injury, the Red Devils have been looking for a replacement full-back and have been looking for someone to fill in for him. According to reports, the three individuals on the shortlist are Marcos Alonso, Sergio Reguilon, and Marc Cucurella.
Henry has three years left on his current contract, but according to Goal, he is on the list because he would be a more cheap choice than the other three. The bigger issue, though, is that given how important the full-back is to Thomas Frank’s team, sources have suggested that Brentford may be reluctant to approve a trade.
