Senior Statesman Accuses Atiku’s Attorney, Claims Atiku Never Having A Case Against Tinubu

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, has never had a case against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu regarding his academic records from Chicago State University (CSU), according to Chief Robert Clarke, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).

Vanguard reports that he disclosed this in a recent interview, adding that Atiku’s lawyers’ tardiness in handling the case contributed to his downfall.

He said: ” Ninety percent (90%) of Atiku’s woes were caused by his lawyers. What they should have done like Fifteen to Twenty years ago and even Thirty (30) days ago, they did not do. Instead, they were bamboozling everybody in Nigeria to show Atiku has a case. Atiku has never had a case in this matter. He has been fighting Tinubu for the past 20 years; is it today that he is looking for evidence to fight him? “.

He added: ” It beats my mind how any lawyer in Nigeria today would ask Tinubu to show his certificate at the time they were asking him to do so. You are now making a hype, spending money and sending witnesses to America over a matter that has been dealt with at different forums. It is because the Nigerian system allows you to throw money away “.
