The former senator that represented the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone, Senator Shehu came, has reacted to the concessioning of Aminu Kano International Airport Kano, by Muhammadu Buhari’s led government for 30 years.
While reacting, Shehu Sani made it clear the the move that was made by Buhari led government is unacceptable and condemnable, noting that the people not Kano State ought to have been widely and publicly consulted and engaged first.
Senator Sani made this disclosure in a tweet he made on his twitter handle on Wednesday morning, noting that the opinion of the Kano people matters most. He went on and demanded to know where elected legislatures from Kano State are when this is happening.
It should be recalled that it was reported recently that Muhammadu Buhari’s led government is making plans to concession Aminu Kano International Airport and some other national assets, fee days before the end of his tenure as the president. This move has been widely criticized by many y, but be it as it may, Nigerians are watch to see how it will end.
