Sowore reacts as the Buhari government’s alleged treason case against him is threatened to be dismissed by the court

Omoyele Stephen Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the 2023 election, has responded to the Federal High Court’s threat to dismiss the Buhari administration’s claimed treasonous felony case against him.

Recall that in 2019, after the former presidential candidate promoted a demonstration he dubbed #RevolutionNow, the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari accused him of treason.

However, the court has now threatened to strike out the case.

According to the PUNCH, the judge urged the FG’s prosecution team to get its acts together after one of its counsels, Barr. Maryam Okorie, was unable to make clear her arguments in court.

The report has however generated lots of comments from some people.

In a post that Sowore shared on his page, he wrote “BREAKING: Judge threatens to strike out alleged treason case against Sowore”
