Kai Havertz has made Premier League history for Arsenal against former club Chelsea on Tuesday evening.

Arsenal pumped Chelsea 5-0 in the 209th meeting between the two London sides and Havertz was at the double.

Leandro Trossard opened the scoring just four minutes in and after some promising moments for Chelsea, Arsenal took them apart in the second half.

Havertz struck twice, while Ben White also joined him in bagging a surprise brace at the Emirates Stadium.

Havertz spent three seasons at Chelsea, racking up 139 appearances and scoring 32 goals – including the one that delivered the Blues’ second Champions League trophy in 2021.

He moved across the capital to Arsenal in a £65 million summer move and celebrated both of his strikes against his ex employers.

And it’s emerged that having found the net on two occasions, he has become the first player to play for Chelsea and then score a brace against them in the Premier League.

After some early struggles, the 24-year-old now has 12 goals in all competitions in his debut season with Arsenal.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>
