According to the sources, the incident, which took place around 3:41 p.m. on April 28, resulted in ISWAP fighters capturing 18 spouses of JAS members.
The development was said to have followed sustained hostilities between the two factions, leading to losses of dependents on both sides.
The sources revealed to Zagagola Makama that intelligence monitoring is ongoing, with indications that the internal conflict has further weakened coordination among the terrorist groups operating in the area.
