It is no longer news that the Labour Party has filed a petition against the APC at the presidential tribunal court in Abuja, challenging the result of the presidential election that went down in February
The petition has been severed to the APC and it has been received by the party with a time frame for the party to respond
However, Farotimi has explained what will happen if the APC fails to respond to the petition before the stipulated time. He reacted after a curious Twitter user asked him about the consequences if Tinubu and his camp fail to respond before the time lapse
According to him, the tribunal has to make its decisions based on facts that are placed before it. He proceeded to say that the refusal of a party to participate does not change that
