Popular Nigerian media personality Ifedayo Olarinde, widely known as Daddy Freeze, has claimed that men need to ejaculate at least 21 times every month to reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer.
The veteran broadcaster made the assertion during a recent livestream session with content creator Caterefe, where he spoke about men’s health and prostate cancer prevention.
According to Daddy Freeze, while he does not promote masturbation, frequent ejaculation may play a role in lowering the chances of prostate-related health issues.
“I won’t encourage masturbation, but if a man doesn’t ejaculate up to 21 times monthly, he could be setting himself up for possible prostate cancer,” he said during the session.
A clip from the livestream quickly went viral on social media, triggering widespread debate and mixed reactions, with many users and health enthusiasts questioning the accuracy and scientific basis of the claim.
The statement has since generated conversations online about men’s health, prostate cancer awareness, and the need for medically verified information when discussing sensitive health issues. See More
