Well, we all refer ourselves to be a man but if your are truly a man, there are some things you must be able to do if you want to prove yourself to be a man that you are. Below are some certain things you should know how do if you are a real man;

1. Be Computer Literate

As a gentleman, of course, you don’t have to be Steve jobs to save the day, acquire the necessary skills such as typing, using the internet and a few relevant computer basics.

2. Learn To Use Tools

Tires will always go flat, sinks will always be blocked, and a cabinet will ever need to be fixed, you don’t have to be called Andy before your gentleman skills of fixing things come in handy.

3. Be Able To Cook

Every gentleman knows there comes a time when the onus rests on him to cook and he must deliver, not ‘top chef’ quality but something edible and sensible when the occasion demands.

4. Be Charismatic

This skill is one of the most important for any gentleman who wants to make a name for himself in this world; he needs to learn to be charismatic if he wasn’t born charismatic.

5. Be Able to Swim

Swimming is not just a social skill; swimming is a skill that can help one survive and keep others safe in the process and it’s a must-have for every gentleman.

6. Be Able To Do a Bit Of Landscaping

Every gentleman should be able to mow a lawn, tend a garden and plant flowers, you don’t need to be an expert but start as an amateur.

Saving the damsel in distress is still in fashion and while you might not do it on a horse, driving from point A to B is a responsibility every gentleman should shoulder whenever.

8. Know How To Play a Sport Fairly Well

Every gentleman should know or two about a sport or two; it is more than social skill; it can be used for bonding and mentoring.

It is almost a given that tires will go flat sometime in your driving experience or you will encounter someone with a flat tire, and a gentleman has to be equipped with the requisite skills to remedy the situation.

10. Be Able to Dress Neatly

You don’t have to wear a tuxedo all day or monkstrap shoes on Sundays, but dressing neatly and nicely is one of the signs of a noble gentleman.
