Popular Nigerian Singer Involved in Ghastly Car Accident

Nigerian singer cum Senior Special Assistant to Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, on Tourism and Entertainment, Martins Okechukwu Justice, popularly known as J Martins, miraculously escaped death, as his car veered off the highway and plunged into the bush.

Naija News learnt that the incident happened on Monday along the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt expressway after the musician suffered a brake failure.

The brake failure forced the car off the expressway, sending it into the thick bush at high speed.

In an interview with ABN TV, J. Martins thanked God for sparing his life, describing the incident as a miracle.

The musician said nobody in the car died or sustained injury following the tragic incident.

He assured fans that he is in stable condition and is undergoing medical checks as a precautionary measure.

“It’s only God that will be praised. My car failed brake and lost control along the Enugu–Aba–Port Harcourt express road. No one died. But I am running some scans at the hospital,” he said.

J. Martins, who is rarely in the media lately is best known for his songs, “Oyoyo” “Jupa” “Good Or Bad” and his big hit, cool temper. The singer has also featured on a song by defunct music group, P-Square, “E No Easy”.
