In a move to bring real estate services closer to the people of Kaduna, Nigerian real estate company Pumpkin Properties opened a new customer experience centre at the Uptown Mall, Barnawa, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Located on the ground floor of the popular mall, known locally as Market Square, the centre is designed to provide a welcoming space for walk-in customers and potential investors to learn about property investment options and engage directly with the company’s offerings.
Pumpkin Properties, with established offices in Abuja and Kaduna, has its sights set on expansion to Port Harcourt, Lagos, and beyond, including international markets. The company is committed to offering attractive investment opportunities that prioritize real-time value and quick returns on investment for clients.
Speaking at the launch, Pumpkin Properties CEO Engr. Oladeji Bamidele highlighted the significance of the new experience centre. “We want to offer our customers a direct, one-on-one experience on this side of town, helping to overcome the challenge of distance from our main office due to the rising cost of transportation,” he said.
Also present was long-time investor Mr. Ayobami Aminu, who shared insights on real estate’s enduring value in the face of Nigeria’s rising inflation. “In my experience, real estate is a smart investment, providing high returns, solid value, and low risk. In fact, ninety percent of millionaires achieve wealth through real estate ownership,” Aminu stated.
Currently, Pumpkin Properties’ Rockview Estates and Al-Maktoum Residence, both located in Kaduna’s Millennium City, are among the company’s top-selling properties. These developments are noted for their competitive pricing and affordability. For medium to low-income earners, the company also offers a flexible “Pay Small-Small” (PSS) instalment plan, allowing investors to make monthly payments without financial strain.
Pumpkin Properties is optimistic that its real estate developments will contribute significantly to Kaduna State’s economic growth and infrastructure, helping to build secure, affordable, and vibrant communities
