BREAKING: Jamb Stops Law Admission In More Top Universities In Nigeria (Full List)

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has stopped law admissions in eight universities for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This decision follows the Council of Legal Education’s suspension of their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) programmes.

The affected universities include:

Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete

Redeemers University, Ede

Bingham University, Karu

Western Delta University, Oghara

Taraba State University, Jalingo

Arthur Jarvis University, Akpabuyo

Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike

Nigerian Police Academy, Wudil (suspended for two sessions until 2026/2027)

JAMB confirmed that no law admissions will be approved for these schools until further notice.
