French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday hosted Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to a private dinner at the Élysée Palace in France.
The meeting between the two leaders was disclosed on Friday by Dada Olusegun, Special Assistant to President Tinubu on Social Media.
In a post shared on social media, Olusegun stated that Macron hosted Tinubu for the private dinner at the French presidential palace.
“French President @EmmanuelMacron hosted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a private dinner last night at the Élysée Palace,” he wrote.
The purpose and details of the private dinner were not immediately disclosed.
