A former governor of Zamfara State, Ahmed Yerima, has revealed details regarding the relationship between the president-elect, Tinubu, Sanusi Lamido, and Rabiu Kwankwaso after their meetings in France. In his interview, the APC chieftain spoke concerning how Sanusi emerged as the Emir of Kano State shortly after Tinubu’s visit.
Addressing the topic, Yerima said, “Tinubu is a strong and focused character who finds people to help him achieve his objective. Perhaps this is why he interacted with Kwankwaso in France. Even if Kwankwaso does not return to the APC, I am sure that he will work with Tinubu. Kwankwaso was his colleague as governor from 1999 to 2007.
