Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Gender Aisha Jumwa, has broken her silence on why she has attended the grand wedding of renown Musician and businesswoman Esther Akothee. Who is wedding her white man (muzungu) lover today at Windsor Hotel in Nairobi.
Speaking to the members of the press conference after arriving to the wedding venue at Windsor Hotel as quoted by Channel 7 News TV today, Public Service and Gender Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa, has revealed that Akothee is a her friend and she is a champion of the girl child rights that’s why she has attended her wedding.
She added that she is happy for her to finally get married today to white man, and she is wishing her all the best in her marriage live. “I am so happy for Akothee, today is her day. She is a good friend of mine, she is a champion of the girl child you know and being a CS for gender I had to come. I wish her all the best she is a good friend…” She said.
