INGREDIENTS FOR SAMOSA

√ Two cups of all-purpose flour

√ Half teaspoon of baking powder

√ Sugar

√ Salt

√ Tomato

√ Green beans

√ Onions

√ Curry and thyme

√ Ground chili pepper

√ Ginger and garlic

√ Butter

√ Carrots

√ Green pepper

√ Potato

√ Meat (beef)

√ Nutmeg

√ Oil

PROCEDURES FOR MAKING THE DOUGH

1. Mix sugar in warm water, boil the potato and keep them aside.

2. Mix the flour and the butter together and add oil (olive oil or groundnut oil).

3. Add the warm water and sugar.

4. Mix moderately, not too thick, not too fluffy.

5. Slice the veggies and fry them in low heat and add the remaining ingredients.

6. Roll the dough (not too thin) and add the sauce. Cover it up and shape as desired.

7. Fry or bake in moderate heat. In less than 20 minutes, your samosa is ready.
