The political crisis in Rivers State appears unresolved as the state governor, Simi Fubara on Wednesday, March 6th, declared his willingness to resign from office.
Recall that FCT Minister, Nyesom wike had blamed Governor Fubara for the escalation of the conflict in the state.
Speaking exclusively to AIT yesterday, Fubara said: “I’m willing to give up my office for peace in Rivers State.”
