BREAKING: Stop lamenting hunger under Tinubu

Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has admonished Yoruba elders to stop lamenting the widespread hardship and hunger under President Bola Tinubu.

The separatist issued the admonition while addressing his supporters in Oyo State on Friday.

He stated that the precarious and parlous state of the nation is not the doing of Tinubu but the immediate past government of Muhammadu Buhari.

He said Buhari is responsible for the current hardship in the country, adding that Tinubu inherited a bad economy from the his predecessor.

The activist who spoke in Yoruba, said Nigerians from the South-West region must come together to free the region from armed Fulani herders.

He said, “Many people think Tinubu destroyed the government, Tinubu didn’t destroy the government. My pain with Yorubas is that while Buhari was in power, I was shouting that we should come together and liberate ourselves from this suffering”

Igboho enjoined Yoruba to emulate the Igbos who are not complaining about the hardship in the country and have found a solution to the Fulani problem in their domain.

“Buhari had nothing to offer us. My pain is that some Yoruba elders are now complaining, saying they want to hold protest that they are hungry. Have you seen any Igbo complaining? They have sent all Fulanis out of their lands and they are farming, doing what they want with their lands. Why can’t Yorubas come together and also pursue them from our fatherland, so our parents can go back to their farmlands?” he added.
