Emmanuel Ogebe claimed that even by his own admission, President Tinubu’s record is questionable in an interview with Arise for the Newsnight show. He made the observation that Tinubu’s presidential and gubernatorial INEC forms contradict one another.
In response to Charles Aniagolu’s inquiry about the CSU case and the P&id case, two recent international court rulings that have had an impact on Nigeria and may have ramifications for Nigeria’s jurisprudence, specifically with regard to the Supreme Court’s case involving the president, Emmanuel Ogebe made this declaration.
Emmanuel Ogebe underlined that the petition for the 2023 presidential election is special and historic because other forces are involved. Insinuating that Tinubu’s presence in Nigeria is nonexistent, he stated that there is no proof of his existence before he enrolled in a community college at the US. He went on to say that the majority of the information that is currently available on him comes from the US and is mostly of questionable quality, as his own admissions verify.
Finally, he said, “His presidential and gubernatorial INEC forms contradict one other when compared. As a result, he has acknowledged to providing false information, therefore it isn’t only someone else who is saying that he is phony. Tinubu is the main person contesting his identification.
