According to James Faleke, an All Progressives Congress, APC chieftain, said Bola Ahmed Tinubu will disclose cabinet members within 60 days of his inauguration as Nigeria’s President on Monday.
Faleke said this to Channels Television on Monday at the inauguration location, Eagle Square. When asked if Nigerians should anticipate Tinubu’s cabinet to be unveiled as soon as possible, Faleke responded, “Of course, within 60 days, that’s what the law says.” He can make the announcement whenever he wants, but I know he has to do it within 60 days.”
When asked if he would like to serve in Tinubu’s government, Faleke stated that it is the APC powerbroker’s responsibility to appoint members of his cabinet. Faleke, a member of the House of Representatives from the Ikeja Federal Constituency and the secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, claimed that some opposition party representatives were present at Eagle Square for Tinubu’s swearing-in.
