Peter Obi Will Not Tweet When Naira Gains Value, According to Reno Omokri Claims

Reno Omokri, a well-known social and political activist, has expressed disapproval towards Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s previous presidential contender for the elections of 2023. He claims that Obi has a negative impact on the nation.

As per the Daily Post, on Sunday, he expressed his disapproval of Obi and encouraged Nigerians to rejoice over the minor increase in the value of their local currency in relation to the US dollar.

He recently shared on his social media handle that we should take note of the small improvements in the value of the naira. He asked Nigerians to be grateful for any progress, no matter how small.

He mentioned that the value of the naira has been increasing against dollars and that currently, it is trading at 1,610 naira to $1 in both official and parallel markets.

He asserted, “The floated naira continues to appreciate at both the official and parallel markets. It gained N6 and is trading at N1610 to $1.”

“Let us celebrate small progress like this. Do you know why? Because enemies of Nigeria will celebrate and overflow negativity.”

“Take Peter Obi, for example. He will not tweet when the naira gains value. He will not post when the Nigerian Stock Exchange becomes the most profitable on Earth.”

“He will be missing when our GDP grows by 3.4%, in the latest NBS data. You won’t see him when it is reported that our oil imports have reduced by 50%.”

“But let something remotely negative occur, and Obi will bring out his megaphones and start singing, ‘Go Tell It On The Mountains.”
